All are welcome! This class includes breath work, a guided meditation, and intention setting to finish. Each class, Laura will choose a different topic and delve into various styles of meditation.
Bring your partner, your children, your grandmother, or even your best friend! When we meditate together, we connect on a deeper level as we collectively raise our vibrations to the level of LOVE.
For kids 12 and under. We will create a mindfulness craft, practice breathing techniques, and enjoy a guided meditation. EVERY child is welcome. Moving, wiggling, giggling, and talking are what kids do, and we are here for it!

My heart is with all educators, especially this time of year. You are valuable; and so is your spirit. This series will teach you essential grounding techniques and how to protect your energy, while still allowing your love and care to flow to your students.

Create a pathway to inner freedom. This series guides you to a receptive and kind presence in which your open heart can rest in awareness and gently respond to the feelings and sensations that arise from this stillness. When we let go of thoughts and life’s “shoulds”, we find ourselves opening up to our true nature.
Have you ever wanted to write your story but haven't given yourself the space and time to delve into such a deep project? This workshop is an opportunity to receive guidance throughout the beautiful process of writing about your life.
Dress comfortably and bring your water with you. Cushions and yoga mats are available, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Please be mindful of others and avoid wearing strong perfumes and scents.
You will be provided with writing materials for Meditation Series and Workshops.
